This article covers the practical side of your account — moving between tiers, changing your plan, and managing billing.
Moving between tiers
The three tiers — Curious, Companion, and Collaborator — build on one another, and you can move between them whenever you like.
Upgrading takes effect right away.
Move up from Curious to Companion, or from Companion to Collaborator, and the new tier's features are available immediately.
Downgrading is just as easy.
If you're on a higher tier and don't need it for a while, you can step down. Anything you've already downloaded stays yours.
If you've been using memory in Collaborator and you step down below it, your memory is paused rather than deleted — it'll be there if you come back up.
Billing
Your subscription renews automatically for the tier you're on. You can view your billing history and update your payment method from your account settings at any time.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Your chats and data will stay in our systems in case you want to resume at a future date. If you would like to have your data removed from our systems, please reach out to support and we will do that and confirm with you.
Pausing
Contact us if you’d prefer to pause your subscription for a while.
